They will be able to give you all the guidance you need into picking the right treatment for you.
For more information on each of the brace types have a look below, we've outlined all of the key points for you.
Braces aren't for everyone, a lot of people want the look of straight teeth but don't necessarily what the commitment of multiple appointments over a long period of time. Instant Veneers are a great way of getting a straight teeth look in one appointment, and they don't require any drilling, impressions or injections.
At G&S Dental we only use clear brackets for our fixed conventional braces, this makes them very discreet but at the same time gives you an excellent result
The Inman aligner is a removable brace that straightens the front 4 teeth. It does so very quickly with treatment times usually about 3-4 months.
Clear removable braces are the most discreet of all the options for orthodontic treatment, no one will know you are wearing your brace.
In some cases, traditional bracket and wire braces will still be the best way forward. The pros and cons of the conventional approach are listed below.
Pros – can be used for very complex cases or for speedy treatment of mild cases. These braces give the finest control of tooth movement and thus are viewed by many orthodontists as the best clinical method.
Cons – other people will know you are having it done (although clear brackets help a lot). Fixed brackets are less comfortable on lips and difficult to clean around
On average fixed brace treatment times are 6-12 Months
£2200 - Single Arch (upper teeth or lower teeth)
£3500 - Both Arches (upper teeth and lower teeth)
I've just completed my brace treatment with Jamie and I'm so happy with my new teeth. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jamie and the team. My teeth look and feel great and it was well worth it.

Express treatments like Inman work by straightening only your front 4 teeth, and they straighten your natural teeth with less hassle and expense in a shorter period of time than any other orthodontic treatment.
Inman Aligners are removable, fast and represent a totally new concept in cosmetic dentistry.
Pros – Treatment time is short typically 3-4 months, the brace is also removable so you can take it out if you need to look brace free.
Cons – Other people will know you are having it done, the brace is quite bulky and it does affect your speech whilst you're wearing it. There is also a higher chance of teeth relapsing and going back to their original position after treatment. So its really important to wear your retainers after treatment
typically 3-4 months
£2400 per brace
All-in-all I'm incredibly happy with the outcome of my brace treatment with Jamie. The brace actually moved my teeth really fast and I was done in about 5 weeks. The Inman Aligner does take a bit of getting use to mind, as its pretty big, but its great in that you can just take it out when you're going out. Big Thanks to everyone for giving me a great smile!

Removable for short periods for eating and cleaning. Teeth whitening can be done at the same time.
Cons – can take longer than conventional orthodontics or ‘express’ orthodontics, complex cases may require the patient to wear brackets and wires for a short time either at the beginning or end of treatment. They are the most expensive way to straighten your teeth.
